Which businesses may use Nexbook and what they may offer. Part of the Shop terms.

01Who can use Nexbook
Barbershops, hair salons, nail salons, lash and brow studios, makeup artists, waxing studios and other cosmetic personal-care services, and registered massage therapists who give us their registration number.
02Not allowed
- Body-rub, escort or any adult or sexual services, under any name.
- Medical or clinical services (injectables, laser, physiotherapy, chiropractic or any regulated health service other than registered massage therapy).
- Tattooing and piercing (not offered yet).
- Anything illegal where you work, or false or misleading service descriptions.
03Using the service
- Show real services, prices and photos of your own work or photos you have the right to use.
- Use booking emails for bookings; send promotions only to clients who agreed to them (Canada's anti-spam law).
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or reach another shop's data.
04Reporting a problem
To report a shop that breaks this policy, write to support@nexbityyc.com. We may hide content or suspend a shop that breaks it.
